How to Reuse Pet Artwork for Tattoos and a Pet Tag

Use an existing pet artwork on a temporary tattoo sheet and a Pet Tag. Learn what carries over, what needs a separate review and when generation credits apply.
Start With an Artwork You Want to Keep
You can reuse an existing TailGift artwork on another product without requesting a new generation or spending generation credits. Each product keeps its own design settings. Live purchasing and new artwork generation are not open yet; this guide explains how to plan with artwork you already have.
Choose the artwork you want to carry across both designs. Check the eyes, ears, outline and distinctive markings before considering a different style. If you already like the portrait, changing the product does not require you to recreate it.
For example, the same illustrated portrait can be a starting point for a repeated pattern on a tattoo sheet and a single portrait on a Pet Tag. This is a design example, not a promise that the two products will have identical color, texture or physical detail.
Use the Existing Artwork Entry on the Product Page
Open the product you want to personalize and choose Use existing artwork. The tattoo sheet and Pet Tag pages both provide this entry to the gallery. Select the artwork you intend to reuse, then review the settings for that product.
Using an existing artwork is different from submitting a photograph for a new generated result. Selecting another product does not itself create a new illustration. If the artwork you want is not available in your gallery, check that you are signed in to the account that holds it before starting over.
Treat the gallery image as your source artwork. A screenshot of an earlier product preview can help you remember an arrangement, but it is not a substitute for selecting and reviewing the actual artwork and current design.
Give the Tattoo Sheet Its Own Layout
A tattoo sheet is an A4 design measuring 210 × 297 mm. You can mix pets and styles or repeat a favorite artwork within the sheet. Decide the size, placement and number of repeated portraits you want in that complete arrangement.
Repeating a portrait inside one sheet and ordering an extra copy of the whole sheet are different choices. Check the entire layout before changing a sheet quantity. Reusing a portrait does not automatically make a changed arrangement an identical extra copy.
Use the stated dimensions to judge size rather than the apparent size on a phone screen. The layout preview is not a photograph of a printed sheet. Review the product page for current sheet, extra-design and cutting prices before planning a future order.
Check the Tag Portrait and Lettering Separately
A Pet Tag needs its own artwork placement, name and phone number. Enter the lettering yourself and read every character in the design. The name of an artwork file or a contact stored on your phone does not replace this check.
The first tag preview shows placement and lettering. Request the detailed relief preview to review the individual raised shape, then actively approve it when you are satisfied. Reusing a tattoo artwork does not approve that relief or establish how all its details will be represented.
If you save changes to the tag, the older proof is no longer the current approval reference. Review the updated version again. Pet Tag pricing is still being prepared; a saved or approved tag design is not a paid order.
Separate Artwork Credits From Product Costs
The reuse benefit concerns generation credits: placing an existing artwork on another product does not request another generation. It does not make the physical product free, combine two product prices or include delivery. Each product keeps its own configuration and purchasing requirements.
Before a future tattoo purchase, review the complete sheet, quantities, cutting choice and delivery address. Payment locks the artwork placement and address saved at checkout; these tattoo orders have no second print-confirmation step. The Pet Tag relief review is a separate design workflow.
Keep the two product versions clear when returning to your account. Check the current product pages for availability and use the photo and style guides below if you decide that the source artwork itself needs to change. A matching pair starts with a shared portrait and still needs two careful design reviews.
