How TailGift uses photos, artwork and account information in its creation and ordering experience.

Photos and Account Data

We use your account, uploaded photos and artwork to provide creation and order features. Selecting a photo uploads a temporary copy, even before sign-in. When you request a generation, the photo is linked to your account. A configured live generation service receives the reference needed to produce that result; test mode uses sample generation. We do not automatically publish your photos.

Temporary Photo Uploads

Temporary uploads expire after six hours. When you sign in and generate from one, an independent account-owned source copy is retained under the account storage rules. Deleting or expiring the temporary copy does not remove a source already used by an account.

Storage and Retention

Unpurchased artwork originals may expire 90 days after creation; gallery previews remain until deletion. Unprotected source photos on inactive accounts may be removed after 90 days without activity. Artwork referenced by orders, locked print files and private designer-conversation attachments is protected from routine cleanup. Deleting an artwork does not change a locked order.

Creation Progress and Saved Addresses

This browser can keep selected photo bytes for up to one hour to help restore an unfinished creation. Style choices and a linked source reference are also saved locally until replaced or cleared. Restoring these choices does not request another generation. Signing out or changing accounts clears the saved creation reference. Saved addresses and telephone numbers are private; selecting an address creates a separate copy on the order.

Your Controls

You can delete artwork in your gallery. Contact support to request account deletion or changes that are not available in account settings. Unfinished orders are reviewed before a deletion request is completed.

First-Party Activity Measurement

Optional activity measurement helps us understand visits, content and product choices. It uses random browser identifiers, approved campaign labels and the referring website domain. A visit session ends after 30 minutes without activity. When enabled, a non-direct source can be remembered for up to 30 days. Change this choice using Analytics preferences in the footer; turning optional measurement off does not disable your account, cart or order service.

Connecting Activity to an Order

After sign-in, a journey may be associated with your account, generated artwork and order. Payment and refund events come from our server and can include an order reference, quantity, currency and amount. Photos, image links, filenames, pet names, custom text, email addresses and delivery addresses are not copied into activity-event properties. Authentication uses separate essential browser storage.

Third-Party Marketing Services

TikTok, Meta and Google marketing destinations are currently disabled. No advertising pixel or marketing API is activated by this website. Relevant disclosures and consent controls will be updated before those integrations are enabled.

Before Live Sales

Operator details, final processor disclosures and applicable order-retention periods must be reviewed and published before live checkout opens.

Customer Service Records

Authorized administrators can view account and order records and keep internal customer-service notes, tags and follow-up tasks. These are separate from public pages and activity-event properties. Order, payment and refund facts remain necessary business records even when optional measurement is disabled. We do not infer an anonymous visitor’s identity across devices.

Privacy Preferences

Essential account, cart and order records keep the shop working. Optional first-party analytics helps us understand visits and shopping activity. It does not include your photos, artwork, personal text or contact details.

Advertising platforms and third-party marketing tracking are disabled.
